Dingle with Madeira Malvasia Finish
This triple-distilled Irish Single Malt comes from the Dingle Distillery in County Kerry, Ireland. The 13-year-old bottling combines maturation in bourbon casks with an 18-month finish in Madeira Malvasia casks. Fruity and sweet notes meet distinct spice aromas.
The 2026 release comprises 1,585 bottles worldwide. The non-peated whiskey was bottled at 51.3% ABV, without coloring and without chill filtration. Its texture is oily and full-bodied.
Aromas and Taste
- Nose: Dried fruits and honey sweetness characterize the scent.
- Palate: Dates and dark chocolate combine with spicy oak, cloves, and cinnamon.
- Finish: Long-lasting, with nutmeg and sugar syrup. Subsequently, ripe orchard fruits and toasted oak emerge.
Serving Suggestion
To fully appreciate the aromas, we recommend tasting it neat at room temperature. A glass of still water can accompany the tasting.
