Dalmore 12 years
At the end of the 19th century, Dalmore was one of the first single malts to be exported worldwide. After a period of decline, the distillery buildings were used by the Royal Navy for deep-sea mining operations from 1917 onwards. In the 1960s, the malts produced at Dalmore were used almost exclusively in the blends of the then owner, Whyte & Mackay. It wasn't until the 2000s that Dalmore developed into the luxurious single malt brand we know and appreciate today.
The Dalmore 12 Year Old is a truly exceptional single malt. Its maturation in American bourbon casks and Spanish Oloroso sherry casks gives it an impressive complexity and a multifaceted range of flavors that clearly sets it apart from the crowd.
