Matured until December 2025 in a selected Oloroso Sherry Hogshead. Key data: 18 years, distilled 11.10.2007, bottled 08.12.2025, 56.6% Vol. The bottling comes from Elixir Distillers (EID).
Classification
The independent bottler "The Single Malts of Scotland" (Elixir Distillers) deliberately refrained from chill-filtration and coloring agents for this single cask to preserve the unadulterated soul of the malted barley and wood.
