Cask Maturation and Origin

Clynelish Distillery is famous among connoisseurs for its unique, almost oily character. Signatory Vintage bottled this dram as part of the “100 Proof” series at a robust 57.1% ABV – naturally un-chillfiltered and in its natural color, to preserve its full aromatic complexity. The classic design with Signatory Vintage's distinctive "S" logo on the cream-colored label emphasizes the focus on the valuable content – an honest, powerful single malt for a special moment of enjoyment.

Aromatics

A play of wax, honey and citrus notes. The bouquet opens with an inviting note of bright citrus fruits like lemon and orange, harmoniously underscored by sweet honey and vanilla. On the palate, the rare waxy note so typical of Clynelish appears, giving the whisky a full-bodied, almost creamy mouthfeel. The finish is medium-long and elegant, with the waxy honey sweetness lingering long, accompanied by a fine oak spice.
