Charakter und Herstellung
Während das Destillat in einem hellen Gelbgold im Glas schimmert, wird der Genießer von einem Bouquet empfangen, das die sonnige Seite der Speyside einfängt, bevor der Gaumen seine ganz eigene, vielschichtige Geschichte erzählt. Ein Zusammenspiel von hellen Früchten und cremiger Süße In der Sensorik offenbart sich die prägende Kraft der Erstbelegungs-Fässer durch deutliche Vanille- und Honignoten, die von einer milden Malzsüße und einer feinen Orangennote begleitet werden. Wichtige Eckdaten: 9 Jahre, destilliert 2016, abgefüllt 12.03.2026, 52,4% Vol. Die Abfüllung stammt von James Eadie.
Einordnung
