Camus Very Special Intensely Aromatic Cognac
Camus Very Special steht für den besonders fruchtbetonten Stil des Hauses Camus. Der Cognac wird aus ausgewählten Eaux-de-vie der Charente komponiert, mit dem Ziel, eine hohe aromatische Intensität und klare Fruchtaromen zu bewahren. Camus setzt dabei auf eine Destillation mit Feinhefe und die Reifung in kleinen französischen Eichenfässern mit feiner bis mittlerer Maserung.
Der Very Special zeigt eine goldene Farbe mit bernsteinfarbenen Reflexen. In der Nase florale Eindrücke von Jasmin und Veilchen; am Gaumen kommen frische Mango, Birne, süße Mandel und feine Tannine hinzu.
