Camus Borderies VSOP Single Estate Small Batch
Camus Borderies VSOP Single Estate is a Cognac from the smallest cru of the Cognac appellation: Borderies. It is produced exclusively from the Camus family's own vineyards in the heart of this origin. The Borderies region is known for particularly fragrant, floral Cognacs; Camus attributes this to the limestone and flint-rich soils, which give the distillate its distinctive character.
The VSOP shows a warm orange-gold color with amber reflections. On the nose, Camus describes vanilla pod, orange zest, soft spices, and floral aromas. On the palate, it is full and creamy, with an elegant structure, a fine woody note, and a long, fresh finish.
