A small-batch whisky, the peated Bunnahabhain Staoisha 2014, a 10-year-old Islay single malt, was bottled in 2025 by independent bottlers Signatory Vintage as Edition 61 of their highly successful 100-Proof series.
This 10-year-old Bunnahabhain Staoisha 2014 matured in a mix of first-fill and refill Oloroso sherry casks and was bottled without added coloring or chill filtration at the old imperial 100-proof strength, which is 57.1% ABV. Bunnahabhain's peated Staoisha single malt is very popular, and the distillery now dedicates half of its annual production to this peated spirit.
