With "Wolfgang," the London-based Bimber Distillery continues its "Shoulders of Giants" series. The edition is dedicated to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, whose extraordinary talent and timeless compositions still shape the world of music today.

For this special tribute, the English single malt matured in a single Tawny Port wine cask. Cask #554/51 was bottled at a robust 57.5% Vol. and combines Bimber's London distillery craftsmanship with the special influence of the selected Port wine cask.

A limited original bottling, where a musical theme, careful cask selection, and the distinctive style of the young distillery come together.
