Bottled in March 2026, this single malt is limited to just 262 bottles and is exclusively for the German market. Tropical fruit intensity in an amber robe. The amber distillate reveals an exotic richness of ripe pineapple and mango on the nose, supported by sweet honey and vanilla. The Bimber distillery is at the heart of this bottling.
Cask Maturation and Origin
The philosophy of Bimber Distillery can be summarized in a few words: tradition meets innovation. This single cask bottling, matured in an ex-Bourbon cask, honors the musical legacy of Johann Sebastian Bach. Thanks to natural cask maturation without chill-filtration, the full aromatic depth is preserved.
