Charakter und Herstellung
Ein Vierteljahrhundert lagerte das Destillat in den Lagerhäusern, um jene Tiefe zu entwickeln, die nur durch geduldige Reifung und die perfekte Wahl des Fasses entsteht. Auf Kältefiltration und die Zugabe von Farbstoffen wurde konsequent verzichtet, um den ursprünglichen Charakter des Destillats zu bewahren. Wichtige Eckdaten: 25 Jahre, destilliert 24.05.2000, abgefüllt 14.04.2026, 60,2% Vol. Die Abfüllung stammt von Signatory Vintage.
