Rauchiger Highland-Whisky in Fassstärke
Dieser 13-jährige Ballechin aus den schottischen Highlands wurde 2013 destilliert und 2026 abgefüllt. Die Reifung erfolgte im Hogshead. Mit 59,1% Alkoholgehalt in Fassstärke kommt der Whisky ohne Farbstoff und ohne Kühlfiltrierung in die Flasche.
Frucht, Torf und Eichenwürze
- Aroma: Kirsche und Orange setzen süße Fruchtakzente neben deutlich ausgeprägtem Torfrauch. Dazu treten dezente Vanille und trockene Eichennoten.
- Geschmack: Kräftiger Torf und eine deutliche Würze vom Eichenholz bestimmen den Eindruck am Gaumen. Dunkle Kirsche und kandierte Orange ergänzen das Profil.
- Nachklang: Orangenschale bleibt im langen, trockenen Ausklang präsent. Milde Vanille und ein leichter Holzrauch begleiten sie.
