BACARDÍ Gran Reserva Diez is an aged blended rum from Puerto Rico. Even the youngest component of the blend has matured for at least ten years under Caribbean climate conditions in oak barrels. After aging, the rum is charcoal-filtered and bottled at 40% ABV. “Diez” means ten and refers to the long maturation period of this dark golden Reserva bottling.
The flavor profile combines stone fruits, banana, and pear with caramelized vanilla and oak. Almond and peach are at the forefront on the nose, while banana, pear, and vanilla unfold on the palate.
