Akashi-Tai Japanese Sake Honjozo Genshu Tokubetsu
Akashi-Tai Tokubetsu Honjozo Genshu is a special sake with an alcohol content of 19% and a bottle size of 0.72 liters. Produced by the renowned Akashi Sake Brewery in Hyogo Prefecture, it features Gohyakumangoku rice with a polishing degree of 60%.
This sake's aroma reveals notes of pink grapefruit, beeswax, and white blossoms. The palate is full-bodied with tropical fruit flavors accompanied by a subtle umami, ending in a clear, lingering finish.
Due to its higher alcohol concentration and more intense flavors, this sake is ideal for neat enjoyment, over ice, or as a base for cocktails. It pairs particularly well with light dishes and offers a profound flavor experience.
