Rum Nation Jamaica:
Rich in esters and spicy in the perfect Jamaican style, but softer, more complex and richer from 10 years of tropical aging followed by another period of refinement in Europe. It is typically funky on the nose, but also has notes of bergamot tea, herbs, nutmeg and cola. The palate is velvety and full of ripe fruit, but still quite dry. It dances between spicy notes of pepper and cinnamon and a fruity quality with herbal notes of chamomile.
