Corsair Dark Rye:
61% malted rye, 4% malted rye chocolate and 35% malted barley make up the grainy note of this rich, delicious whiskey. Unlike many other rye whiskeys, corn is not used here to top up the grain bill, opting instead for malted barley, meaning Corsair Dark Rye is technically both a rye whiskey and a malt whisky. This creates an exceptionally smooth rye whiskey with chocolate, coffee and spice instead of the green notes common to most rye varieties.
