Sherry cask #40236 imbued the distillate with dark fruits and spicy notes typical of this cask type. Maturation from October 2008 to April 2025 allowed for the full integration of all flavors.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp class=\"text-body font-regular leading-[24px] pt-[9px] pb-xxs\" dir=\"ltr\"\u003e \u003cspan\u003eAt 56.7% ABV, this whisky was bottled unfiltered and without additives. This natural approach preserves the original texture and all the flavor compounds from the long maturation period.
